Here is some minimalist advice in action.
There is no magic workout that will transform my body in a matter of weeks.
1. Do something everyday
2. Rarely go to muscular failure. Never sacrifice form for that extra repetition.
3. Make your exercise progressively harder when your routine starts to get easy.
4. Pick the hardest version that you can safely handle for the best exercises.
5. Have fun. Exercise changes lives. It doesn't have to be misery. Do something you enjoy everyday that makes you feel energized when you are done.
6. Desire and hard work will always beat that complicated, scientifically proven program
