Minimalist Conditioning

I am here to pass on my personal experience with physical training. I believe that getting in better shape does not require a lot of time or equipment, just my best daily effort.



I am here to help busy people, such as professionals and parents, live a better life through physical training using the limited time, space, and equipment they have.


I hope that I can help change people's view of exercise that it doesn't require more than their best effort, which can be an enjoyable experience, by making due with what they have available to them.
